At BobAir, we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable compressed air solutions. We understand that plans change or parts need to be updated. If you need to return an item or cancel an order, our process is designed to be as clear and straightforward as possible.
1. Return Windows & Eligibility
The conditions for your return depend on whether your purchase was standard catalog equipment or a custom order.

Standard Catalogue Items: New, unused, and uninstalled items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Special Orders & Non-Stock Items: Customized solutions, specialized machinery, or items ordered explicitly from factories outside our standard stock are subject to original manufacturer policies and may incur a restocking fee or be non-returnable. Please verify with our team before ordering.

Services & Maintenance: Pre-booked maintenance plans or emergency repair services can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment without penalty.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To ensure your return is logged and processed efficiently, please follow the steps below.
1.Request a Returns Authorization (RA) Number:Within 14 days of delivery.
Contact our team at sales@bobair.co.uk or call 07719444533. Please provide your invoice number, the part number, and the reason for the return.
2.Package the Item Securely:Ensure original packaging is intact.
Pack the items back into their original manufacturer packaging. To avoid transit damage, place them inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding. Clearly write your RA Number on the outer shipping box (not the manufacturer's packaging).
3.Ship the Package:Tracked delivery recommended.
Send your return package to the address provided by our customer support team. We highly recommend using a tracked, insured shipping service, as BobAir cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in our quality assurance, but if an item arrives damaged or fails due to a warranty defect, we will fix it immediately.

Damaged on Arrival: Please inspect all deliveries immediately. If your item is visibly damaged upon delivery, note it on the courier's paperwork or refuse delivery. Report any damages to us within 48 hours at sales@bobair.co.uk.

Warranty & Defective Parts: Each product carries its full original manufacturer warranty. If a component fails or is suspected to be defective, notify us. Once the item is returned and confirmed defective by the factory, we will issue a replacement or a full credit, including any return shipping costs.
4. Refunds & Processing Times
Once your return is received at our facility, our technicians will inspect it to verify its condition.
Please Note: Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days of receipt. This window accounts for physical testing, processing time, and bank clearance.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a direct result of a BobAir error (e.g., the wrong part was dispatched) or a confirmed product defect.

Restocking Fees: Commercial or industrial returns of standard stock items made after the 14-day window (but within 30 days) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our team's discretion.
